Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel had clean, brand new rooms with a full-size refrigerator and a decent stock of cooking supplies. The staff, especially Tino, was incredibly kind, helpful, and caring. The location was perfect, walking distance to many attractions and favorite stores. The dining options were satisfactory but lacked variety for specific dietary needs.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and equipped with a kitchenette, making it feel like a home away from home. The service from the staff was exceptional, always friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal for exploring downtown Kansas City, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the facilities could use some improvement.
The hotel is a great place to settle in for a busy few days with clean rooms, though lacking an oven. The service is exceptional, especially during challenging situations, and the location is awesome, close to downtown attractions. Dining options are good, albeit not ideal for those with dietary restrictions. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. On the bright side, the industrial design of the rooms was appealing, and the Food Service manager went above and beyond to assist us with our baked meals. However, the absence of an oven was a letdown. The service, led by the exceptional Brett and the accommodating front desk staff, was top-notch, exceeding my expectations. The location was convenient, near downtown attractions, although the presence of a higher homeless population was noticeable. The dining experience was satisfactory, albeit with limited options. Overall, a stay with a few hitches but great service and location.
Staying at this upscale apartment was like having all the comforts of home at my fingertips. The room was well-appointed with a stove, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, and a full-sized refrigerator, making it feel luxurious and convenient. However, the price was a bit high for the value received.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, though lacking the stove/oven as promised, were clean and spacious, overlooking the parking garage. The service was a mix of polite and dismissive attitudes, but the gentlemen assisting with water and candy were a highlight. The location was convenient for downtown activities, being within walking distance of key spots. The dining options were decent, with some gluten-free limitations. The facilities met basic needs but didn't offer anything extraordinary.
